- TES TÂCHES- Réceptionner les messages de dysfonctionnement (Incidents) et les demandes (Service Requests) des clients par téléphone toute la journée (pas de support sur place).
- Transmettre les messages de dysfonctionnement et les demandes aux services informatiques compétents (support de deuxième niveau)
- Exécution de travaux relatifs à l'IdAM (autorisations, Exchange, etc.)
- Installations de logiciels via SCCM ou manuellement
- Création de documentations / guides pour les utilisateurs finaux
- TON PROFIL- Apprentissage en informatique achevé en tant que spécialiste ICT ou formation comparable (par ex. CompTIA A+)
- Goût pour le contact téléphonique avec la clientèle - impératif
- Une connaissance approfondie de l'environnement MS-Office est un atout
- Sens aigu du service, capacité à communiquer
- Grande autonomie, fiabilité et flexibilité
- Langue maternelle française, niveau d'anglais B2 et l'allemand est un avantage
