Strategic Sales Leader- Switzerland

This is a remote based position in Switzerland that will report to the Vice President, International Sales.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Develop detailed strategies to penetrate Switzerland based Service Providers by leveraging Calix Solutions to help them transform their business.
Grow Calix business and expand Calix coverage by winning new account logos.
Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of the organization, influence long-term strategic direction, and be recognized as a trusted advisor.
Dominate in Cloud/SaaS and Services.
Develop the Calix brand by working with the Marketing team to build out brand marketing strategy.
Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to executives the value of our full suite of solutions.
Provide market input on product development and price strategies.
Execute recognized sales methods, processes, and tools (SPIN, TAS and SFDC).
**Qualifications**:
BSEE/BSc or equivalent technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of quota carrying value-based technology sales and market development experience selling Cloud, Software, Hardware, and Services solutions to Broadband Service Providers.
Demonstrable success in closing new business the Switzerland BSP market.
Strong relationships and experience working with the Service Provider Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, and customer support groups for both consumer and enterprise business units.
Proven track-record of winning new logos.
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
Must be a hunter, with a competitive and cooperative attitude and a structured approach to their customer and internal engagements.
Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
In depth understanding of Communications Service Provider (CSP) business in the UK.
Regional Travel is required, approximately 50%-75%.
Cloud, Software, Systems and Services sales experience.
Service Provider networking understanding.
Experience selling into new and greenfield Solution Provider customers.
Must have a valid driver's license.
