Junior Control Expert

**Responsibilities**
- Define, execute, and maintain controls in the area of Crossborder. Conduct regular Crossborder compliance reviews of specific markets.
- Act as point of contact for the Bank's first line of defense regarding Crossborder controls.
- Coordinate Crossborder monitoring and control activities with the Bank's international locations.
- Prepare analyses, assessments and management reports regarding Crossborder controls.
- Develop the Bank's Crossborder control framework and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and advice to the Bank’s front units on Crossborder matters.
- Support internal and external audit requests related to Crossborder.
**Profiles**
- University degree or equivalent education in Banking, Compliance, Law, Risk Management or Business Administration preferable, however not mandatory.
- Specialist know-how in Risk Management, Control Execution, Cross border business, 1-3 years practical experience in a Crossborder/ Business Risk Management/ Front Compliance role, preferably in a medium-sized private banking organization.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able and committed to deliver high quality work.
- Solution oriented, positive and hands-on working attitude, combining reliability, accuracy, and pragmatism.
- Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and high level of flexibility and adaptability to changes.
- Proficient in English and preferably in German, excellent communication and presentation skills.
