We are looking for a Supply Chain Management Professional (100%) for a permanent position in our SCM & Operation team in the IM (mobile) division. Role and Responsibilities Your tasks, you - manage the supply chain processes for the entire product category to secure the right goods for channel partners. - communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders including operations, product management, sales teams, logistics, factory, and HQ (Korea). - prepare a weekly delivery plan for channel partners, communicate the plan with relevant stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution. - manage the forecast to secure supply (demand management). - analyze key figures (e.g. stock quantities at channel partners, sales trends, promotion plans, planning accuracy, etc.) to ensure proper goods for the given target. - take measures in the event of supply issues, stock shortages, and changes to the delivery capability plan. - prepare for weekly meetings such as SCM/FSCT, Sales Meetings, and Supply Allocation. - calculate monthly turnover considering supply and deliveries to partners (CMF). - support the order desk when needed (e.g., high season, backup during holidays). - create reports and analyses. Skills and Qualifications Your profile, you - have a degree in business administration, ideally with further training in SCM - bring 2 years of experience in supply chain management in a similar working environment - have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) - ideally have experience with SAP - are fluent in English and business Korean - have a strong "hands-on mentality" and consider analytical thinking and the preparation of figures to be your strengths - have a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style - are a proactive, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality, experienced in global settings We offer you challenging tasks and responsibilities from day one, a professional environment with all the benefits of a major international corporation and a salary package according to your qualifications and experience.
