The main responsibilities are:

- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. On smaller projects, this activity is developed autonomously within the delegations assigned by the Head of the Project Management Department, while on larger projects, the Project Coordinator supports an experienced Project Manager.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Planning and Execution: Support in developing project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Business Opportunities: Support Proposal Managers in preparing technical offers and scouting for new business opportunities.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with the Casale Quality and HSE System.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in chemical science or management Engineering

**Languages**

English Fluent

**Software** **knowledge**
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a strong command of the MS Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).
- Optional: Familiarity with Primavera or similar software for project planning and scheduling would be advantageous.

**Skills**
- Proven attitude in coordination activities, preferably in the design phase.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to assign priorities effectively, ensuring that critical tasks are identified and addressed promptly.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse functional teams.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Conflict resolution skills to address issues promptly and maintain a positive working environment.

**Experience**

Postgraduate or 1-2 years in similar roles
