Fondé en 1854, l’**Hôtel Métropole Genève** est le seul Palace genevois de la rive gauche. Situé au pied de la vieille ville, face au lac et bordant la légendaire rue du Rhône, cet établissement historique classé « 5 étoiles Supérieur » offre 127 chambres et suites luxueuses. De vastes espaces de réception ainsi que quatre restaurants et bars en font une scène genevoise incontournable. Il est membre du réseau international Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

Considéré comme « l’un des plus beaux sites de la ville », fondé en 1715, Le **Restaurant-Hôtel du Parc des Eaux-Vives **est un établissement mythique. Dominant le lac, il offre un restaurant avec vue, une grande terrasse panoramique en saison et un bar-lounge-terrasse surplombant le parc. Ses quatre salons de réception en font un lieu privilégié pour des événements.

L’Hôtel Métropole et le Restaurant-Hôtel du Parc des Eaux Vives recherchent leur** Stagiaire Night Audit** **H/F**.

Rattaché au Night Manager, vos principales missions seront:

- Assurer l’accueil de nos clients dans le respect de nos standards de qualité
- Gérer l’arrivée et le départ de nos clients dans le respect de nos procédures internes
- Accompagner les clients en chambre
- Participer aux clôtures sur OPERA
- Prendre en charge les commandes Room Service et assurer le service en chambre
- Répondre à toute demande client

Poste à pourvoir à partir d'Octobre 2021.

En formation en école hôtelière référencée par notre CCNT, vous avez déjà une expérience en réception dûe à de précédents stages au sein d’établissement de même catégorie. Vous parlez couramment Anglais et Français. Une 3ème langue étrangère sera un atout certain. Organisé et structuré, vous avez un excellent relationnel client et vous savez vous adapter de manière à répondre aux attentes. Vous savez travailler en équipe et faire preuve d’entraide face à un volume de travail important.
