**What to expect**
We are looking for a passionate and hungry Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies. You will be part of our ambitious and dynamic Commercial Team which is highly motivated to create an impact. As our Growth Marketing Manager you have the unique opportunity to contribute and play a critical part in the successful growth of our company. **Responsibilities**:
- Work with cross functional teams (Product, Services, Business Development /Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Retinai’s revenue goals
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement
- Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation
- Manage SEO
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
- Ensure our brand is managed consistently throughout strategy and communications
- Become the single point of expertise and reference on brand positioning
- Help define a creative look and feel of the brand, and promotional and educational content that aligns with the brand strategy and objectives
- Develop and execute on marketing mix strategies that amplify the brand positioning with relevant KPIs to measure and track initiatives and campaigns for the brand
- Drive the brand’s thought leadership - telling the story of RetinAI’s brands - throughout the global organisation rooted in the company’s objectives
Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience - What you'll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
- At least 3+ years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
- Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Semrush
- Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment
- Excellent communication skills for developing influencing content
- Fluent in English. Other languages (French, German) are an asset
- Experience with SaaS-based products and marketing is an asset

**This position will be hybrid with an ideal working location in Switzerland.**
Ideal start date will be early Q1/23.
