We are seeking an experienced **Facility Management Engineer** to join a major project focused on the **expansion of a semiconductor plant**. This position involves the **construction and management of cleanrooms and gray rooms**, with key responsibilities in project management for large-scale industrial infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the construction and setup of **cleanrooms** and **gray rooms** to meet the specific requirements of semiconductor production.
- Manage the **technical facilities** associated with the project infrastructure, including the installation of specialized machines and necessary equipment.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Actively participate in the **engineering** and **installation** phases of critical systems.
- Manage **facility operations**, including preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams and other departments to ensure seamless integration of the new infrastructure.
**Desired Profile**:
- **Engineering degree** with a focus on **facility management** or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in **industrial infrastructure projects**, ideally in the **semiconductor, pharmaceutical**, or **specialized machinery** sectors.
- Strong **project management skills**, with expertise in overseeing the construction of critical infrastructures.
- In-depth knowledge of **specialized machines**, controlled environments (cleanrooms), and industrial infrastructure (utilities, HVAC, etc.).
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and technical suppliers.
- Proficiency in **project management tools** and best practices for facilities management.
**Languages**:
- Fluency in both **English** and **German** (written and spoken) is mandatory.
