Your mission: transport our guests into the enchanting world of the 7 mountain legends, the magical narrative that inspires our signature bar. To offer more than just a drink, you must know this story and our cocktail menu by heart. This knowledge allows you to set the scene, spark curiosity, and turn every visit into a memorable and immersive moment.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
Service & Enthusiasm: Take orders and serve drinks with charisma, professionalism, and a genuine smile.

Experience Creator: Use upselling techniques and storytelling to elevate the guest experience, bringing each legend-inspired cocktail to life.

Precision & Care: Maintain a spotless section, ensure perfect table setups, and keep barware presentation on point.

Responsibility: Manage guest bills and ensure smooth, accurate payment processing.

Passion for Mixology: Show a true interest in the world of cocktails, spirits, and the emotions they evoke.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates and respond promptly to requests from your Talent Coach.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
Outgoing personality: Outgoing, cheerful, sociable and a good listener.

Language skills: Fluency in French and English.

Team spirit: You enjoy working in an international and adventurous team.

Impeccable presentation: An excellent presentation, representative of the W brand image.

Training and experience: BAC PRO / CFC / BTS Restauration or 2 years in a similar role.

Attitude: You're dynamic, motivated and ready for a challenge.

Attention to detail: Great attention to detail and a passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
