Your skills & career
- Several years (6+ yrs.) of practical project experience related to digital change within regulatory compliance (covering one of the above-mentioned topics) ideally working within a management consulting company and/or audit firm
- Ideally first responsibility as (partial) project manager for complex transformation projects
- Knowledge, (innovative) approaches and methodologies on implementation of compliance standards and policies, audit techniques, regulatory issues, operations and procedures as these relate to the organization
- Proven experience with implementing KYC is an advantage
- Understanding of Internal Control frameworks (COSO/SOX) and implementation or enhancement of the three lines of defense model is a plus
- An understanding of the business and technical requirements underlying compliance projects
- An outstanding degree in a legal or business-related field such as business administration, economics or finance
- Enjoy the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work
- Strong presentation and moderation skills and very good MS Office skills
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Enjoy travelling and working in a team
