**Division Head of Robotics, Machine and Automation (m/w/d) 100%**

You will design, implement, and scale cutting-edge automation solutions that form the technological core of a fully digitalized, connected, and future-oriented production environment.

Working closely with Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Digital Excellence, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s industrial transformation — combining innovation, strategic vision, and deep technical expertise.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Build and lead the Machine & Automation team, hiring and developing top talent from day one
- Provide technical leadership and direction to project managers within a Smart Factory matrix organization
- Actively shape the Smart Factory strategy as part of the core leadership team — influencing decisions from concept to implementation
- Develop and execute the Automation Target Operating Model (TOM) in close collaboration with Industrial Engineering, Production, and Digital Excellence
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies, while managing strategic partnerships with suppliers and system integrators
- Drive the design, integration, and continuous optimization of automated production systems and robotics solutions
- Define and standardize technical specifications, interfaces, and control architectures for a connected, digitalized environment
- Initiate and lead innovation projects in advanced robotics, AI-based automation, and machine intelligence
- Manage technical roadmaps, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure on-time and high-impact delivery

**Your Profile**
- Education Background in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous work experience in the same or similar position in an matrix organization
- Proven leadership experience in industrial automation and robotics
- Strong knowledge of Smart Factory concepts, digital production systems, and **Industry 4.0 technologies**:

- Experience in building teams, leading complex projects, and driving organizational change
- Hands-on and **entrepreneurial mindset**:

- ** Aspiration for building something for the scratch**:

- Excellent communication skills
- ** Fluent in German** and fluent in English
