Abi is a global virtual care platform, providing on-demand, omni-channel access to healthcare professionals in 40 countries around the world. By radically reducing barriers to professional healthcare access, we contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 “to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all." In this role, you will be responsible for our commercial development within the pharmaceutical industry globally, with a focus on the digital transformation of Patient Support Programs. **_Objectives_** You will identify opportunities to build new commercial relationships with pharmaceutical brands, levering our virtual care platform to offer a variety of beyond-the-pill, patient support initiatives. You will: - demonstrate the value of our services to pharmaceutical Brand, Innovation and Medical teams; - develop custom programs and innovative deployments to improve patient adherence and positively impact health outcomes; - negotiate mutually favourable commercial relationships and partnerships. **_Tasks_** - Research pharmaceutical industry news & product launches to identify potential opportunities. - Contact relevant organisations to establish new lines of communication. - Build relationships with key decision makers within pharmaceutical companies globally. - Conduct meetings to understand the needs of potential clients and partners. - Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the Abi service. - Work with your colleagues to prepare proposals and pricing. - Negotiate and close commercial contracts. - Ensure a smooth transition and launch of new commercial relationships. - Help with ongoing improvements to the service. **Requirements**: You are available for a full time role based in Ireland, the UK, Spain or Switzerland. **_ Your attributes_** - Highly motivated to achieve. - Strong interest in the latest technology innovations - Independently manage your own time - Enjoy travel and working in an international environment - People value your integrity, and they trust you to be true to your word The startup world appeals to you as a professional choice **_Your skills & experience_** - At least 5 years of experience in and/or with the pharmaceutical sector - At least 2 years of experience working with Patient Support Programs - Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle - Excellent communication skills, spoken and written - Able to build strong relationships quickly - Excellent negotiating skills - Able to agree mutually beneficial commercial agreements - Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry procurement process - PowerPoint/Keynote/Slides; Word/Docs; Excel/Sheets. - Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage) **Benefits** - CHF90,000 - CHF120,000 gross base annual salary + bonus - Private health insurance - Travel insurance - Classpass fitness membership - Coursera online training from top universities Netflix, HBO, or Disney+ account **_What else_** - You will work in a dynamic, international environment with colleagues, clients and partners from around the world. - You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and your career quickly and to establish yourself in a fast-growing company with global ambitions. - You will be able to offer your friends and family free access to the Abi virtual care service, and use it yourself.
