Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Abwicklung des globalen Field Service Geschäfts der Division Marine & Industrie, d.h. Erreichen der Umsatz
- und Kostenziele
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines dezentralen Teams aus technischen Entsendern und Sachbearbeitern für die technische Vorbereitung, logistische Planung sowie kaufmännische Abrechnung der Field Service Einsätze aus DE/CH
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines Teamleiters für die eigenen Field Service Engineers (FSE) sowie fachliche Führung der internationalen Field Service Teams
- Sicherstellung der global notwendigen FSE-Kapazitäten und Ausbau der Kompetenzen, insbesondere in den internationalen Teams
- Aufbau eines globalen Kompetenzmanagements für FSE
- Standardisierung und Optimierung des Entsendungsprozesses sowie Berichtserstattung
- Aufbau eines globalen Staffing-Tools und entsprechender internationaler Governance für globale Kooperation zwischen den lokalen FSE-Teams und Priorisierungsentscheidungen
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb und zur kaufmännischen Abwicklung sowie Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit bei Field Service Einsätzen
- Ausbau des Sub-Contractor-Pools

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet, idealerweise international
- Erfahrung mit Getrieben/Antriebstechnik
- Führungserfahrung im Bereich Field Service zwingend
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie technisches Verständnis setzen wir voraus
- Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
- Service-Mindset sowie kundenorientiertes Denken
- Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie Handeln
