**Missions & main responsibilities**: - ▪ Payroll management :_ - Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing, calculation and systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including all compensation & benefits elements such as salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates taking into account headcounts change (new hires, terminations, reassignment) and package changes - Illustrate, Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions and calculation methods, with a detailed view of payroll sections - Execute headcount analysis and identify and recommend updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures - Execute payroll closing actions by checking defined internal controls validation, in coordination with the finance coordination manager and the chief operating officer - Oversee employee paychecks and generate and verify payslips and share them with assignees - ▪ Other activities :_ - Resolve any payroll issue or reclamation after analyzing the reasons and answering the request at a global basis, to ensure risk mitigation and continual improvement - Share updates concerning regulation or policies with the whole organization - Ensure compliance with local payroll, wage, and hour laws, RNGM’s policies, contracts and best practices - Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors - Performs other duties as assigned by the COO, deputy CEO or CEO **Job Profile**: - ▪ Education :_ Minimum high school degree with qualification/certification in finance, management or human ressources management - ▪ Main experiences :_ - A proven experience of Payroll management or payroll accounting - A demonstrated effectiveness articulating, developing and informing about policies and procedures - Experience in supporting multiple locations and/or markets in a global organization - Experience in developing payroll processes and controls - ▪ Technical skills :_ - Knowledge of MS Office (especially Exce)l and payroll softwares - Understanding of local assignment tax, social security and regulations - General knowledge of international mobility management - English proficiency, French recommended - ▪ Soft skills :_ - Written and verbal communication skills - analytical and problem-solving skills Type d'emploi : 100% Salaire : CHF73 409,70 à CHF100 000,00 par an Lieu du poste : En présentiel
