Notre client est une banque internationale de renom, présente à l'échelle mondiale, offrant à ses collaborateurs une carrière stable et enrichissante. Avec des activités couvrant la banque privée, le corporate banking, la banque de détail et l'investissement, elle bénéficie d'une solide présence à Genève.

Position :

Dans le cadre de son développement, la banque recherche un(e) Spécialiste en Financements Complexes - Wealth Management. Intégré(e) au Front Office, vous accompagneriez les gestionnaires dans la structuration de solutions sur mesure (hypothécaires, crédit Lombard, situations spéciales, etc.). Le poste est basé à Genève et offre certaines possibilités de télétravail.

Missions :

  • Concevoir et structurer des solutions de financement adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Coordonner les échanges entre clients/prospects et les équipes internes (risques, juridique, compliance, etc.).
  • Rédiger et présenter des dossiers de crédit complexes aux instances décisionnelles.
  • Contribuer à la documentation juridique et assurer le suivi des opérations.
  • Promouvoir l'offre crédit auprès des clients et en interne.
  • Participer à des projets stratégiques liés au crédit.

Profil :

  • Formation supérieure en finance ou économie.
  • Expérience de 5 ans++ en crédit en Banque Privée, avec une expertise en immobilier commercial, Lombard, et financements complexes.
  • Bonne connaissance du cadre juridique et réglementaire en Suisse.
  • Rigueur, esprit d'initiative, sens du service, et aptitude au travail en équipe.
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais (une autre langue est un atout).
  • Domicile en Suisse requis.
