Votre rôle au sein de notre maison: Vous assurez et supervisez les activités du bureau des filiales.Vous êtes garant de l’exactitude de la marchandise ainsi que du transfert entre les boutiques et le siège.Vous gérez la caisse et la comptabilité locale.Vous agissez en tant qu’assistant du directeur de la boutique.Vous contribuez à la mise en place des événements clients et vous soutenez la gestion des clients VIP.Vous êtes en charge du traitement des commandes clients, bon de commande et des réservations.Vous assurez la réception interne et externe des appels téléphoniques.Vous soutenez les équipes de ventes pour toutes questions administratives.Vous assurez un flux d’information impeccable entre collègues.Votre profil:CFC d’employé de commerce ou formation professionnelle jugée équivalente.Expérience dans le segment du luxe ou de l'hospitalité.Excellente maîtrise de la langue française (C2) et de l’allemand à l’oral comme à l’écrit (C2), ainsi que de très bonnes connaissances d’anglais (B2).Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel et autres).Excellent relationnel.Sens de l'initiative et efficace, rigueur et réactivité.Organisé et autonome.Sens des responsabilités, flexibilité et excellent esprit d’équipe.Apparence soignée et professionnelle.Pourquoi rejoindre Bucherer?
