Du bewegst
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation und optimierst ihre Prozesse im Kundenbeziehungsmanagement und in der Marketing Automation. Dabei nutzt du das gesamte Microsoft Dynamics Application Portfolio, vom Customer Engagement bis zur Power Platform.
- Du akquirierst neue Projekte und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Verkaufsziele in den definierten Fokusmärkten und Industrien, insbesondere in der Deutschschweiz.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Consultants vertrittst du unsere Interessen gegenüber Neukunden. Dabei agierst du auf «C-Level» und pflegst wichtige Geschäftsbeziehungen.
- Gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing entwickelst du effektive Initiativen zur Generierung von Verkaufschancen und setzt diese aktiv um.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den operativen Teams zusammen, um den Kundenerfolg sicherzustellen und das Umsatzwachstum zu fördern – mit Zusatzverkäufen generierst du einen noch grösseren Mehrwert.
Deine Skills
- Du bist eine hochmotivierte Persönlichkeit und dein Herz schlägt für das Unternehmenswachstum
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Development mit und bist dank deiner empathischen und kommunikativen Art erfolgreich im Verkauf komplexer Softwarelösungen
- Bei Präsentationen überzeugst du auf ganzer Linie. Du begeisterst unsere Kunden mit professionellen Verkaufspräsentationen und attraktiven Demos
- Idealerweise bist du bereits mit Business-Software in Berührung gekommen und kennst das Microsoft Portfolio im Bereich Business Applications (Dynamics 365)
