Dein Beitrag
- Du untersuchst und beurteilst in agilen Auditteams sämtliche Geschäftsbereiche der AXA Schweiz auf deren Risiken und ihr Kontrollumfeld.
- Du beschaffst relevante Informationen und entwickelst risikoorientierte Prüfansätze.
- Du führst Interviews auf allen Managementstufen durch, analysierst die Prozesse und erkennst operative Risiken.
- Du strukturierst deine Ergebnisse, erstellst Berichte und begleitest den Fachbereich beim Erarbeiten und Umsetzen der Lösungsansätze.
- Du unterstützt die Etablierung von Data Analytics im Internal Audit und bringst Datenanalysen aktiv in die einzelnen Audits ein.
Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Erfahrung im Audit oder in ähnlichen Tätigkeiten, idealerweise mit einem fachbezogenen Abschluss (z.B. CIA, CISA, Wirtschaftsprüfer oder relevanter CAS) oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben.
- Kenntnisse im Versicherungswesen.
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe und analytische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und zu prüfen.
- Neugier, Motivation und Drive, eine moderne Versicherungsgesellschaft in allen Facetten kennenzulernen.
- Berufserfahrung in Business Analyse, IT oder vertiefte Erfahrung mit modernen Datenanalysetechniken und Tools sind von Vorteil.
- Gute Netzwerk- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Arbeit in wechselnden Teamzusammensetzungen.
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus.
