Bavarian Nordic sucht zur Verstärkung des Engineering Teams eine/n
Maintenance Engineer/ Instandhaltungsingenieur (w/m/d)
Diese Rolle ist verantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Instandhaltungsmassnahmen an Produktions- und Infrastrukturanlagen in einer GMP-regulierten biopharmazeutischen Produktionsumgebung.
Das erwartet dich:
Instandhaltung: Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmassnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
Störungsmanagement: Analyse von Anlagenstörungen, Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen (Root Cause Analysis, RCA) und Definition von Korrekturmassnahmen (CAPA)
Regulatorische Einhaltung: Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Dokumentation aller Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten in Abstimmung mit der Qualitätssicherung (QA)
Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit, Effizienz und Kosteneffizienz
Koordination externer Dienstleister: Steuerung und Überwachung von externen Partnern bei Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
Sicherheitsmanagement: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien und Standards bei allen Instandhaltungsarbeiten, einschliesslich der Schulung des Teams in Sicherheitsaspekten
Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (z. B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
Mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung, idealerweise in der biopharmazeutischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie
Gute Kenntnisse der GMP- und regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. FDA, EMA)
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld und gelegentliche Bereitschaftsdienste
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Instandhaltungssoftware und gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
