Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung von neuen Tarifen und fortschrittlichen technischen Modellen für KMUs
  • Weiterentwicklung von Pricing Tools für das Underwriting des Grosskundengeschäfts
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Tarife den Unternehmenszielen entsprechen
  • Erstellung von Portfolio- und Schadenanalysen
  • Monitoring der Portfolioperformance
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Underwriting und Produktmanagement

 Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Mathematik, Statistik, Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich; abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Aktuar SAV (oder gleichwertig) von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pricing in der Versicherungsbranche, idealerweise in der Personenversicherung (Krankentaggeld- und Unfallversicherung)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und Modellierung, insbesondere von GLMs und Machine Learning-Verfahren
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Flexibilität und pragmatischer Arbeitsweise
  • Souveräner und gepflegter schriftlicher sowie mündlicher Ausdruck in Deutsch und Englisch
