Deine Aufgaben

  • Du agierst als zentrale Figur, um die hohe Qualität des Beobachters als Heft und Online Magazin zu sichern sowie weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du setzt die Blattplanung des Online-Magazins um und koordinierst mit der Print-Planung
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die optimale Distribution über alle digitalen Kanäle (inkl. Reposts für Discover, SEO, etc.) sowie die Übermittlung des Print-Magazins an die Druckerei
  • Als Tagesleiter:in Content Management hast du die Übersicht der geplanten Storys und priorisiert die Produktionsarbeit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem/der Blattplaner:in, Chef:in vom Dienst und Content Management Rechtsberatung
  • Als Stellverteter:in des/der Chef:in vom Dienst mitverantwortlich, dass dazugehörende Prozesse eingehalten werden

Dein Profil

  • Du entwickelst gerne Story- und Themenideen, verfügst über breites redaktionelles Know-how, bist engagiert und bringst dich gerne ein
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Online-Redaktion oder in einem konvergenten Newsroom und hast da auch bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt (z.B. Tagesleitung)
  • Du bist stilsicher und fehlerfrei im schriftlichen Ausdruck
  • Du bist auch unter Druck belastbar und verlässlich
  • Du bist eine starke Persönlichkeit mit einem guten Gespür für den Umgang im Team und treibst deine Projekte zielstrebig voran
