Zur Verstärkung unseres Education Development Teams auf Gruppenebene suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit mit Bildungskompetenz, Innovationsgeist, Energie und Umsetzungsstärke, die neue Programme entwickelt, bestehende Lehrgänge modernisiert und die Weiterbildungslandschaft aktiv mitgestaltet.Wenn du Lust hast, an der Gestaltung der Aus- und Weiterbildung mitzuwirken, bist du bei uns genau richtig.Deine Aufgaben:*Konzeption, Entwicklung und operative Umsetzung gruppenübergreifender Bildungsangebote und Module - Gesamtprojektleitung von der Idee bis zum Markteintritt (z. B. CAS, Berufsbildungslehrgänge, Zertifikate etc.)*Optimierung bestehender Lehrgänge, Curricula, Lehrinhalte sowie Prüfungsinhalte mit Fokus auf Relevanz, Didaktik und digitale Lernformen und Innovation*Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Delivery-Modelle und Inhalten in enger Kooperation mit dem Digital Education Team und verschiedenen Schulen*Hands-on Konzeption und Umsetzung:o Selbstständige Entwicklung von Ausbildungskonzepten, Learning Journeys, Modulen und Learning Content.o Erstellung und Pflege von Templates, Lernmaterialien und -Inhalten im LMSo Steuerung und Qualitätsmanagement von externen Expert:innen und Dozierenden - von Briefings bis zur finalen Abnahme und Rollout-Bereitschaft*Verantwortung für die kostenbewusste Entwicklung & Umsetzung sowie Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Nachhaltigkeit der erstellten Bildungsprodukte inkl. Reportings*Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Implementierung (u.a. durch Schulungen, Steuerung & Operating Manuals, Briefings) und nachhaltigen Nutzung neuer Bildungsangebote an unseren Schulen in der ganzen Schweiz*Zusammenarbeit mit Verbänden und Partnerinstitutionen sowie Sicherstellung von Positionierung und Vermarktung neuer Programme in enger Kooperation mit den Marketing- und BeratungsteamsDas bringst du mit:*Abgeschlossenes Studium BSc. MSc. M.A., z.
