Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit im Incident Management und aktive Kommunikation innerhalb von SPITEX BASEL bei IT-Problemen
  • Vorbereitung und Administration mobiler Clients sowie Endgeräte (Thin Clients, Laptops, Smartphones)
  • Sie sind regelmässig in unseren Zentren vor Ort und stellen sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden störungsfrei arbeiten können
  • Sie arbeiten bei spannenden Projekten mit
  • Durchführung von IT-Schulungen für Mitarbeitende
  • Betreuung und fachliche Anleitung von Praktikanten und Lehrlingen
  • Mitarbeit zur Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheitsmassnahmen

Ihre Fähigkeiten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik (EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Aufgeschlossene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungs- und Lösungsorientiertheit
  • Teamplayer, der den aktiven Austausch schätzt und bereit ist, Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Endgeräten (Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Thin Clients) und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Freude an der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung und zukunftsorientierten Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung an neue Erfordernisse und Gegebenheiten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im pflegerischen Umfeld oder in einer ähnlichen Organisation
