Für unsere wachsende Facility Management Organisation bei einem weltweit tätigen Kunden aus dem Pharma Bereich im Basel suchen wir ab sofort eine/n HSE Intern/Praktikant 100% 6-12 Months Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Deckt aktiv die administrativen Anforderungen der HSE Organisation für Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt ab
    • Unterstützt den HSE-Leiter bei zugewiesenen Aufgaben
      • Stellt sicher, dass alle Dokumentationen im Zusammenhang mit HSE-Anforderungen abgedeckt, korrekt aufbewahrt und gepflegt werden
        • Unterstützt das HSE-Team beim Projekt-/Teilprojektmanagement
          • Pflegt und fördert die aktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Linie und dem Kunden
            • Schafft die Voraussetzungen für ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld
              • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung gesetzlicher, interner und Kundenvorgaben
                • Unterstützt das HSE-Team, um die Einhaltung der Anforderungen von ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 sicherzustellen
                  • Überprüft, erzwingt und implementiert HSE-Prozesse gemäß Unternehmens- und Kundenanforderungen
                    • Optimiert HSE-spezifische Abläufe, Prozesse und Strukturen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem HSE-Lead
                      • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Aktualisierung des internen HSE-Auditplans
                      Ihr Profil:
                      • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich HSE, bevorzugt im Chemisch-/Pharmazeutischen Umfeld
                        • Verfügt über einen soliden ingenieurwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Hintergrund
                          • Verfügt über breites Wissen zu HSE-Aspekten und kann Ursachenanalysen nach anerkannten Methoden durchführen
                            • Ist vertraut mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben, im Speziellen schweizerischen und EU-Anforderungen in Bezug auf Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
                              • Ausgezeichnete, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit einer raschen Auffassungsgabe sowie einer systematischen, lösungsorientierten Vorgehensweise
                                • Hohes Mass an Energie, selbstbewusst und fähig mehrere Aktivitäten mit engen Termin zu koordinieren bzw. zu erledigen
