Als System Engineer Digital Workplace übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle, um unsere IT-Strategie voranzutreiben und einen echten Mehrwert für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu schaffen.

Was wirst Du tun

  • Weiterentwickeln des Digital Workplace mit Fokus auf M365 und Collaboration Tools

  • Aufbau und Betreuung der IT Key User und Power Platform User Community

  • Leiten von Kleinprojekten innerhalb der IT-Infrastruktur

  • Durchführen von Trainings, Webinars und Lunch & Learns

  • Unterstützen bei IT-Kommunikationen und Security Awareness Kampagnen

Wer Du bist

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in Informatik oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung

  • 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in M365 (Teams, SharePoint) für Administration, Governance und Training

  • Erfahrung im Change-Management sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten, analytisches Denken und Begeisterung für Innovationen.
