Ihre Rolle

Als lokaler Qualitätsmanager (m/f/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Festlegung von Verfahren, Qualitätsstandards und die Überwachung der Einhaltung vereinbarter Ziele durch Inspektion, Aufzeichnung, Überwachung, Kontrolle und Berichterstattung zu allen Qualitäts- und Geschäftskontrollangelegenheiten.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Etablierung von Verfahren und Standards gemäß den neuesten WHO- und EU-GDP-Richtlinien.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Überwachung, Analyse und Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse in der Kontraktlogistik.
  • Audits: Organisation und Durchführung von internen, externen sowie Kundenaudits. Sicherstellung der Qualität durch Wissens- und Dokumentenmanagement.
  • Schulungen: Durchführung interner Schulungen und Nachverfolgung von Trainingsanforderungen.
  • Abweichungshandling: Analyse, Nachverfolgung und Schließung von Abweichungen sowie Umsetzung von CAPAs.
  • Kundenkontakt: Funktion als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei qualitätsbezogenen Themen.
Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung und/oder Logistik, inkl. GxP-Kenntnisse
  • Vertrautheit mit ISO 9001, GDP-Standards, Six Sigma von Vorteil
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke auf allen Ebenen
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, reisebereit
  • Analytisches Denken und Belastbarkeit
