Profil souhaité :

  • Bachelor / Master en mécanique ou construction machines avec une orientation productique et automation (ou titre jugé équivalent)
  • Expérience de min. 5 ans sur un poste d'Ingénieur, dans le domaine de l'automation = un atout
  • Lors de vos précédentes fonctions, vous avez démontré votre potentiel de leadership pour fédérer une équipe autour d'un objectif commun, par exemple dans une fonction de Chef de projet, coordinateur, etc..
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de conception 3D (Creo et Windchill) et PDM (idéalement Autodesk Inventor et Vault)
  • Aisance avec les outils Microsoft, plus particulièrement Excel
  • Bon sens de l'organisation. Rigoureux et précis
  • Excellent sens du relationnel permettant de travailler en transverse avec des interlocuteurs variés (collègues, fournisseurs, clients...)
  • Personnalité proactive avec une forte orientation résultat, capable de prendre des initiatives et être force de proposition
  • A l'aise dans un environnement multiculturel et pluridisciplinaire
  • Avoir une attitude constructive, bienveillante, trouver des consensus, argumenter de façon objective et respectueuse
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (niveau B2 minimum)

Responsabilités principales :
  • Encadrer, soutenir et motiver une équipe d'une dizaine d'ingénieurs mécanique
  • Gérer la charge de travail du service, définir et assigner les besoins en ressources
  • Planifier et organiser les activités de l'équipe afin d'assurer la réalisation et la livraison des concepts dans le respect des délais et des coûts
  • Suivre les projets clients, participer aux revues de synchronisation, identifier les risques techniques et proposer des plans d'actions
  • Analyser les indicateurs des projets et prendre les actions en conséquence. Conduire les analyses techniques en cas de problème ou de non-conformités
  • Participer à l'établissement des bilans techniques des projets réalisés
  • Garantir la mise en application des standards mécaniques de l'entreprise et harmoniser les développements en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes de l'Engineering
  • Sensibiliser les autres départements aux besoins et exigences du service
  • Être acteur et promoteur de l'amélioration continue tant technique que méthodologique pour augmenter la satisfaction des clients, la qualité des équipements et l'efficacité opérationnelle
  • Assurer la veille technologique, afin de promouvoir et introduire de nouvelles technologies et des programmes d'innovation dans le domaine de la mécanique
  • Donner du support aux offres et à la vente en termes de faisabilité, revue cahier des charges et chiffrage
