  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen (oder Erfahrung als Personalberater)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, rasche Auffassungsgabe 
  • Hoher Dienstleistungssin und Kundenorientierung 
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, flexibel und sind eine belastbare und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit

Aufgaben:

  • Personalrekrutierung im medizinischen Bereich; Sie führen Interviews, selektionieren qualifizierte Fachkräfte und betreuen die Mitarbeitenden auch über den Bewerbungsprozess hinaus 
  • Proaktive Aquise von Neukunden, sowie aufgleisen und betreuen von individuellen Kundenprojekten 
  • Mitarbeiterplanung und Kontrolle der Stunden 
  • Pflege und Aufbau von langfristgen, partnerschaftlichen Kundenbeziehungen
  • Mitverantwortung für den Lohn- und Rechnungslauf
