Beauftragt mit der Umsetzung der neuen Strategie Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT) begleitet das Amt den Kanton in der digitalen Welt.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Bereichs Infrastructure Solutions suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Führungsunterstützung. In dieser Schlüsselrolle trägst du dazu bei, die Arbeitslast der Abteilungsleitung zu reduzieren, unterstützt die Priorisierung von Aufgaben und stellst die Einhaltung von Fristen und Qualitätsstandards sicher.

Diese Stelle ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung bei der Budget- und Ressourcenplanung sowie bei strategischen Projekten
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standards und Richtlinien
- Unterstützung oder Leitung von Projekten und Task Forces
- Administrative Unterstützung, insbesondere Kalender- und Terminmanagement sowie die Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Erstellung und Pflege von Berichten, Präsentationen, Reporting und Protokollen
- Flexibler Einsatz für kurzfristige Anfragen sowie Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben
- Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einem Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement und Führung von Dienstleistern
- Technisches Know-how in Netzwerken, Microsoft-Technologien oder Cloud-Umfeldern
- Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie strategisches Denken
- Diskretion, Belastbarkeit und digitale Kompetenz
