Als Head of Finance & Accounting spielst du eine zentrale Rolle innerhalb der Organisation.

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Buchhaltung der 36 Einzelgesellschaften und kümmerst dich um die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS sowie um Jahresrechnungen nach OR.
  • Darüber hinaus berichtest du regelmässig an die Geschäftsleitung und die Muttergesellschaft und führst ein engagiertes Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du bist der Ansprechpartner für die externe Revisionsstelle und übernimmst die Verantwortung für direkte Steuern, einschliesslich der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen.
  • Zudem steuerst du das kurzfristige Cash-Management auf Gruppenebene und bist für MWST-Abrechnungen verantwortlich.
  • Auch bei M&A-Transaktionen bist du aktiv beteiligt.
  • Des Weiteren entwickelst du das ERP-System sowie die Konsolidierungssoftware weiter und arbeitest an der Optimierung des finanziellen Kontrollsystems (IKS).

Als Sparringpartner des CFO bringst du deine Expertise, initiierst Verbesserungsmassnahmen und bringst frischen Enthusiasmus mit. Dein Profil:

  • Eine Hands-on-Mentalität, eine selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld und bringst Führungskompetenz mit.
  • Du hast einen Abschluss als Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling oder als erfahrener Treuhänder und verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. Du bist sicher im Erstellen von Abschlüssen nach OR und IFRS.
  • Ausserdem hast du im Steuerwesen Erfahrung gesammelt und bist bereit, dein Wissen in einem dynamischen Umfeld einzubringen.
  • Du bringst Interesse an Digitalisierungsprojekten im Finanzbereich mit und der Leitung von anspruchsvollen Projekten.
