Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Abklärung, Befunderhebung sowie die Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation ergotherapeutischer Behandlungen, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf neurologische Rehabilitation.
  • Individuell zugeschnittene, alltagsorientierte Behandlungen für stationäre und ambulante Patientinnen und Patienten, sowohl in Einzel- als auch in Gruppensitzungen.
  • Präzise Dokumentation der Behandlungsverläufe und Erstellung von Austrittsberichten.
  • Koordination der ambulanten Nachsorge und Sicherstellung einer wohnortnahen Weiterbehandlung für Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachdisziplinen zur ganzheitlichen Betreuung und optimalen Versorgung der Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Aktive Teilnahme an internen Fort- und Weiterbildungen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung des Therapieangebots.
Unsere Anforderungen
  • Eine anerkannte Ausbildung als Diplomierte/r Ergotherapeut/in BSc. oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit SRK-Anerkennung (oder PreCheck) wird vorausgesetzt.
  • Ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit und Belastbarkeit sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit und aktiven Mitgestaltung interdisziplinärer Projekte.
  • Orientierung an evidenzbasierten Methoden in der therapeutischen Arbeit, wobei stets die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Patientinnen und Patienten im Fokus stehen.
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
