Ihre Rolle:
In dieser Position steuern Sie alle technischen Disziplinen, planen und leiten technische Aktivitäten und tragen wesentlich zur erfolgreichen Realisierung komplexer Projekte bei.

Was können Sie bewirken?
  • Umsetzung technischer Konzepte gemäss Projektvorgaben.
  • Optimierung von Anlagendesigns im Rahmen von Budget, Zeitplan und Kundenanforderungen.
  • Planung und Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards.
  • Führung interdisziplinärer Teams mit Fokus auf Ressourcen, Termine und Kosten.
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Standards und projektspezifischen Manuals.
  • Überprüfung und Freigabe von Leistungen und Dokumentationen, inkl. Lieferantenmanagement.
  • Kundenkontakt und Moderation technischer Projektbesprechungen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation und Minderung von Projektrisiken.

Damit dies gut gelingt, ist Ihr Profil:
  • Technisches Studium in Verfahrenstechnik, Anlagen- oder Maschinenbau o. Ä.
  • Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und starke Kundenorientierung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering Management von Großprojekten (Pharma, Chemie).
  • Interdisziplinäres technisches Know-how und Erfahrung in Industrieprojekten.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Führungsfähigkeiten.
  • Teamorientierung, Engagement und Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil.
  • Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum
