Location: Burgdorf | Hybrid

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks
  • Oversee platform management for multiple customer variants, translating strategic insights into actionable plans to shape the platform’s future
  • Develop and coordinate a global equipment plan across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment and efficiency
  • Coordinate product changes, optimizations, and implementation of change control measures, including chairing the change control board as needed
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication, managing stakeholders across products and manufacturing sites
  • Handle maintenance invoicing for customer-owned assets and support demand allocation in collaboration with supply chain management and production sites
  • Detect bottlenecks, errors, and conflicts early, initiating corrective actions to maintain operational stability
  • Drive coordination and knowledge exchange of best practices across manufacturing sites
Your profile
  • Degree in engineering or natural sciences or comparable qualification
  • Background in customer contact, customer service, and interdisciplinary project management, ideally in a GMP environment
  • Experience in project management, including organizing and implementing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies within manufacturing environments
  • Ability to work in a structured, independent, and self-motivated manner
  • Willingness to travel (3–5 times per year) for onsite workshops with customers and to manufacturing sites
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
