Rolle:

Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle im Finanzbereich und agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für das globale Sales- und Marketing-Controlling. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der finanziellen Steuerung und Analyse aller Vertriebsaktivitäten.

  • Sie verantworten das monatliche Sales-Controlling und Reporting in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den regionalen Vertriebsteams.

  • Sie leiten und koordinieren Business Review Meetings mit den Vertriebsorganisationen weltweit und analysieren die finanzielle Performance, Margenentwicklung sowie operative Kosten.

  • Sie steuern den Budget-, Forecast- und Mittelfristplanungsprozess für die globalen Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten.

  • Sie entwickeln und optimieren Kennzahlensysteme (KPIs) zur Erfolgsmessung von Vertriebs- und Marketingmassnahmen in Verbindung mit CRM-Systemen.

  • Sie erstellen fundierte Analysen und Management-Reports, die als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsleitung dienen.

  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Finanzrichtlinien und Compliance-Vorgaben sicher und unterstützen die weltweiten Sales-Controller in Finanzprozessen.


Verantwortung:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling oder Finanzmanagement.

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im internationalen Vertriebs- oder Marketingumfeld.

  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (FI/CO), CRM-Systemen sowie Business Intelligence-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Cognos BI).

  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten.

  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch.
