Nous créons et opérons une plateforme complète regroupant plus de 40 applications interconnectées en microservices : email marketing (> 1 milliard d'emails par an), tunnels de vente, paiements (> 1 million de transactions), CRM, gestionnaire d'abonnements, outils pour les services clients, et bien plus encore.

Nous recherchons un bâtisseur hands-on, capable de jongler entre vision business et excellence technique.

- Garantir la fiabilité et la performance des applications : pour une disponibilité et performance 24/24h, superviser les développements, prioriser des solutions pérennes et mesurer les performances.

- Stratégie et vision produit : construire et exécuter une roadmap orientée impact business, en combinant une compréhension fine des besoins clients et une vision technologique à long terme.

- Assurer l'adoption produits : faciliter la compréhension et l'adoption des évolutions produits, en interne comme auprès des partenaires. Marketer nos produits pour maximiser leur impact.

- Innover et anticiper : anticiper les besoins de nos clients sur des marchés très compétitifs, en comprenant les subtilités du marketing direct. Effectuer une veille technologique active, optimiser les synergies produit/opérations, et proposer des évolutions alignées avec les enjeux business.

- Gestion des prestataires externes (software) et négociation des contrats

- Piloter l'équipe Produit en favorisant une culture d'ownership, dans une organisation décentralisée et collaborative.

Vous avez une vision stratégique et le sens du détail : Vous savez piloter une roadmap complexe et naviguer dans des environnements variés en gardant le cap.
Avec un sens de l'optimisation naturel pour améliorer et simplifier en permanence les solutions.

Vous avez une vision business et créativité : Vous comprenez les enjeux marketing et commerciaux des partenaires. Vous êtes capable d'anticiper les besoins business futurs, et de concevoir des outils pérennes pour y répondre. Vous avez une vision produit à la fois technique et tournée utilisateur.

Vous avez une expérience solide en gestion produit : Vous avez prouvé votre valeur dans la gestion de produits tech (SaaS, e-commerce, marketing ou abonnement BtoC). Vous comprenez en profondeur les systèmes complexes, capable de challenger les décisions techniques pour garantir la performance à long terme.

Communication efficace et nuancée, capacité d'adaptation : vous êtes capable d'embarquer toutes les parties prenantes dans un environnement dynamique où les priorités évoluent rapidement, sans perdre de vue les objectifs stratégiques.

Leadership naturel : Orienté résultat, vous inspirez confiance, fédérez et responsabilisez les équipes, et favorisez leur montée en compétence.
