Das kannst du bewegen.
  • Als Teamleiter:in engagierst du dich gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkollegen des Center of Competence Rail Data für einen reibungslosen, bereichsübergreifenden Betrieb der SBB Datennetze.
  • Deine Fachkenntnisse setzt du gezielt für die fachliche, organisatorische und finanzielle Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams von sieben Mitarbeiter:innen ein.
  • Du schätzt die Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und erarbeitest zusammen mit Lieferanten und internen Partnerteams mögliche Lösungen und entscheidest mit über die Einführung der Lösungen in das Livenetz.
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der operativen Prozesse sowie der technischen Dokumentationen werden von dir verantwortet. Bei Eskalationen bist du federführend und übernimmst die interne Koordination und Kommunikation.
  • Mit deinem Team stellst du die Qualität und Verfügbarkeit (7x24) der vielfältigen Transportplattformen sicher und entwickelst diese weiter sowie die Einhaltung der SLA's und OLA's.

  • Du verfügst über gute konzeptionelle, analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung.
  • Zudem handelst du teamorientiert, arbeitest selbstständig und kannst vernetzt Denken und Handeln. Du bist flexibel und bist auch bereit, ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten im Einsatz zu sein (Pikettorganisation).
  • Für diese Stelle setzen wir Führungserfahrung voraus.
  • Du bringst eine höhere Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss mit. Eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Fachlich hast du bereits Berührungspunkte in den Bereichen optisches Multiplexverfahren (xWDM) und Routing & Switching (MPLS) gehabt.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse (mind. C1) mit jeweils guten Kenntnissen (mind. B1) der anderen Landessprache. Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
