Aufgaben

  • Bewirtschaftung eines Luxusmarken-Portfolios in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Product Manager und Betreuung von kleinen und mittleren Lieferanten
  • Sortimentsselektion und Neuheiten-Lancierungen, sowie Planung, Umsetzung und Controlling von Promotionen
  • Umsetzung der Planogramme (Regal-Layouts) auf Marken-Ebene
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketing-Abteilung, dem Visual Merchandising und den Lieferanten zur Vermarktung der Luxus-Produkte in der Filiale, auf digitalen Kanälen oder in der Print-Kommunikation
  • Verhandlung von Marketing- sowie Werbebeiträgen sowie Verrechnung derselben
  • Durchführen von Trend- und Konkurrenzanalysen wie auch Preiserhebungen bei Mitwerbern

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung vorzugsweise mit Berufserfahrung im Product- oder Category Management
  • Organisationstalent mit Affinität für die Kosmetik- und Luxusbranche
  • Belastbare, motivierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit selbstständiger sowie strukturierter Vorgehensweise
  • Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und analytischem Denken
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend, Englisch- wie auch Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen im SAP sowie gute Excelkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
