Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung (inkl. Kaltakquise) und Projekt-Akquisitionen bei Planer, Bauherren und Investoren (Ausarbeiten des Projektes, Auftragsverhandlung, Akquisition, Besprechung und Planung des Auftrages mit dem Kunden)
  • Überprüfung der Auftragsausführung und der Terminplanung
  • Technische Klärung auf der Baustelle
  • Mitarbeit bei der Verrechnung des Auftrages und bei der Akquisition des Servicevertrages
  • Beschaffung von Marktinformationen
  • Durchführen von Kundenevents in Absprache mit dem Teamleader Sales
  • Schulung des Anwenders der Türe

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (Metallbauer, Elektriker, Konstrukteur)
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf von technischen Gütern, idealerweise automatische Türsysteme
  • Kenntnisse der Baunebenbranche und der entsprechenden Prozesse
  • Sehr hohe Kompetenz in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office und ERP)
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kontakt- und einsatzfreudig, sowie begeisterungs- und teamfähig
  • Sie sind gerne jeden Tag unterwegs und wohnen im Verkaufsgebiet
