  • Lead month-end closing, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, commercial teams, and key stakeholders to enhance financial transparency and drive business performance
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to develop insightful reports for strategic decision-making
  • Support leadership with financial modelling, reporting, and strategic business cases
Your storyWe are looking for a results-driven finance professional with a passion for analytics, strategy, and sports business dynamics. Be successful in this position you bring: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years in FP&A within a global, multi-channel retail or manufacturing environment
  • Strong financial expertise in accounting principles and financial modelling
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel (must-have); experience with D365, Power BI, and Lucanet is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communicator with confidence in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
