- Teilnahme und Vertretung des VP in Meetings und Workshops, um die Interessen des Bereichs Manufacturing zu repräsentieren
- Analyse und Steuerung der Performance durch Erstellung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen, Reportings und Business-Analysen
- Mitgestaltung der globalen Produktionsstrategie durch aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau neuer Produktionsstandorte weltweit
- Eigenständige Initiierung und Steuerung strategischer Projekte im Bereich Manufacturing
- Perspektivische Entwicklung in eine Führungsposition, abhängig von Leistung und Potenzial
- Technische Ausbildung (idealerweise in Kunststofftechnik, Automatisierung oder verwandten Bereichen)
- Weiterbildung HF, FH oder MBA im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder einem angrenzenden technischen Fach (abgeschlossen oder in Planung)
- Analytische Stärke und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, kombiniert mit hoher technischer Affinität
- Internationale Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Grossserien (von Vorteil)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Hands-on Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu managen
