Aufgaben, die dich herausfordern und jeden Tag besser machen· Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Reduzierung von Komplexität durch Konfiguration und Anpassungen in bestehenden und neuen Business-Prozess-Plattformen. 
· Ganzheitliche Betrachtung und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung.
· Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Datenmigration aus bestehenden in neue Applikationen 
· Übernahme der Verantwortung für Applikationen und/oder Prozessbereiche (Ownership).
· Mitarbeit bei der Evaluierung neuer Module und Konsolidierung der Applikationslandschaft.
· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus IT, Business und Architektur.
· Unterstützung der Teamkollegen und schrittweise Übernahme strategischer Aufgaben.
· Bei Eignung besteht eine Entwicklungsmöglichkeit in Richtung Software- und Datenarchitektur mit schrittweiser Übernahme von Verantwortung in den Bereichen Systemdesign, Schnittstellenmanagement und Architekturentscheidungen.
Das bringst du mit· Eine Aus-/Weiterbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Applikationsentwicklung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Bezug.
· Erfahrung mit ERP- oder IT Service Management Plattformen (z. B. Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Omnitracker, SAP).
· Sehr gutes Verständnis relationaler Datenbanken und Freude an der Arbeit mit Daten.
· Breites IT-Verständnis und gute Kenntnisse in Client-/Server- sowie Multi-Tier-Architekturen.
· Gute Kenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache wie z.B. VB /.Net, C-Sprachen, PowerShell, Python
· Weitere Kenntnisse von Vorteil z.B. in JavaScript, Active Directory, SQL, REST, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS.
· Erfahrung oder Interesse an ITIL V3/V4 oder die Bereitschaft, diese Zertifizierung zu erlangen.
· Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch für Dokumentationen und Kommunikation. Französisch ist ein Plus.

· Ein Tag pro Woche in Urdorf ist für dich machbar, die restlichen Tage sind flexibel - je nach Team-Entscheidung.
· Du hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität und getraust Dich auch mal etwas anzupacken noch ohne das genaue Ziel zu kennen.
· Du möchtest über deine aktuelle Rolle hinauswachsen und hast Interesse an Architekturthemen.
