Job Description:The Senior AI Engineer will focus on building and optimizing AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products. This role involves hands-on development, experimentation with advanced AI techniques, and close collaboration with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver practical, high-quality AI solutions aligned with business goals.What you’ll do:build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s productsexperiment with advanced AI techniques to deliver innovative featuresintegrate AI solutions seamlessly with product and engineering teamsensure performance, scalability, and security in AI workflowswork with on-prem AI deployments and optimize infrastructure for reliability and compliancestay ahead of emerging AI technologies and propose improvementsmentor junior engineers and share best practicesWhat you bring:4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in production environmentsstrong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)experience with on-prem AI deployments is a strong plus.experience with containerization (Docker) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, Git)familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirementsexperience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus for future initiatives#LI-SherpanyOur company is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce where all individuals are respected and valued.
