This role is ideal for an adaptable self-starter who can manage all core HR activities independently in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all HR operations at the production site, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, and complianceAdvise line managers and staff on HR policies, employment law, and best practices in the regulated cannabis sectorManage HR documentation, records, and data according to Swiss labor law and internal standardsImplement initiatives to support employee engagement, health, safety, and well-beingCoordinate staff training and skills development initiativesSupport performance management, feedback, and appraisal processesAct as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and issues at the production facilityRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as the sole HR professional at an agriculture, production or manufacturing facility in SwitzerlandFluency in English and GermanStrong knowledge of Swiss employment law, industrial relations, and workplace safetyAbility to manage diverse tasks autonomously with a solution-oriented approachPreferred QualificationsAn HRSE or an HR Fachfrau/Fachmann diplomaExperience in regulated industries, ideally cannabis, FMCG or pharmaceuticalsBenefitsOnsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen4 or 5 day working week is possible
