Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Aufbau einer globalen Logistik-Community und Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers Beratung bei der Gestaltung von Logistikstrukturen (Lager, Warenfluss, Prozesse) Leistungsüberwachung auf lokaler, regionaler und globaler Ebene Entwicklung und Verbesserung logistischer Prozesse (CIP) Umsetzung von Projekten zur Digitalisierung der Logistik Implementierung nachhaltiger Verpackungskonzepte Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des logistischen Reifegrads (global, regional, lokal) Standardisierung der Stellenbeschreibungen und Schulungsmodule

Ihr Profil

Bachelor-Abschluss in Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik oder im Supply Chain Management mit Schwerpunkt auf operativer Exzellenz und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung Nachweisliche Erfolge im Projektmanagement und in der Leitung von Veränderungsinitiativen Erfahrung mit digitalen Lösungen und Technologien in der Logistik SAP-Kenntnisse (R3 / S/4HANA) Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, kollaborativ, selbstständig, lösungsorientiert Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie interkulturelle Führungskompetenz Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen (ca. 20%)
