Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. This role involves being onsite full time.What you will do Creation, testing, and optimization of the automated production processClose collaboration with the responsible plant team (chemist, plant and automation engineer, QA manager, plant supervisor) during the planning phase and productionCreation and adjustment of recipes in MESParticipation in risk and process deviation analysesCollaboration with other departments to ensure cGMP-compliant documentationContinuous improvement of procedures and processes while complying with safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality requirementsIdentification of risks related to safety or compliance/GMP, addressing them with the relevant departments, and contributing to their resolutionIhre HauptaufgabenErstellung, Testung und Optimierung des automatisierten ProduktionsablaufesEnge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Anlageteam (Chemiker, Anlage- und Automationsingenieur, QA Manager, Anlagemeister) während der Planungsphase und der ProduktionErstellung und Anpassung von Rezepturen im MESTeilnahme an Risiko- und ProzessabweichungsanalysenZusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung der cGMP-gerechten DokumentationDurchgängige Verbesserung von Abläufen und Prozessen unter Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Hygiene-, Umwelt- und QualitätsanforderungenErkennung von Risiken in Bezug auf Sicherheit oder Compliance/GMP, thematisieren bei den betroffenen Stellen und Mitarbeit bei deren BehebungWhat we are looking for Bachelor / Master / Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldIn-depth technical knowledge in CQ and OPs , possibly in the biological, chemical and/or pharmaceutical industryExtended EHS knowledgeExperience with MES/DeltaVSolid internal and external collaboration and the ability to lead diverse teams in the successful delivery of projects.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in German and English.
