Deine Verantwortung
  • Entwicklung, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von SPS-Steuerungen (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley etc.) für Produktionsanlagen und -prozesse
  • Integration von Sensoren, Aktoren und Automatisierungskomponenten in bestehende und neue Anlagen
  • Erstellung von funktionalen Spezifikationen und technischen Dokumentationen für Automatisierungslösungen
  • Durchführung von Diagnosen, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung von SPS-Programmen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering- und Produktionspersonal, um Automatisierungsanforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Steuerungssysteme, um Produktivität und Qualität zu maximieren
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitern im Umgang mit den Automatisierungssystemen
Deine Skills
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Programmierung von SPS-Steuerungen (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley oder ähnliche)
  • Kenntnisse in industriellen Kommunikationsprotokollen (z. B. Profibus, Profinet)
  • Verständnis für elektrische Schaltpläne, Steuerungssysteme und Automatisierungskomponenten
  • Erfahrung in der Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung von Automatisierungsproblemen
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Gute Deuztschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
