Iti pasa de proiectele pe care le dezvolti, esti obsedat de detaliile care fac diferenta intre un proiect mediocru si unul super si cauti proactiv un job in care sa-ti rafinezi skill-urile? proiecte web interesante si challenging, ca sa poti face level-up catre programatorul ideal, asa cum ti-l inchipui tu, salariu si bonusuri de performanta competitive, bonuri de masa si alte beneficii financiare, birou situat centra,la 2 minute de Piata Romana, abonament premium la clinica privata de sanatate, timp pentru studiu - vrei sa faci niste cursuri online sau offline? noi te sustinem, birou cum trebuie (2 monitoare, SSD, tastatura ergonomica si altele), xbox si boardgames, la FunZone, cafea, ceai, carti si alte bunatati, toate intr-un mediu de lucru relaxat, colegi super si diverse activitati de echipa (evenimente, iesiri, sedinte foto, etc) - Vino sa ne cunostiCe vei avea de facut?
vei extinde diverse functionalitati sau vei dezvolta module pentru aplicatii web complexe (aprox 50% din timp), vei crea proiecte web custom (pe diverse frameworkuri, aprox 20% din timp), vei realiza diverse lucrari de mentenanta pentru proiectele actuale (aprox 10% din timp), iti vei ajuta colegii pentru diverse lucrari care pot aparea pe proiecte de e-commerce, atunci cand e nevoie (aprox 10% din timp), 10% din timp te relaxezi si te gandesti la idei noiCum stii daca esti cu adevarat CREADIVul cautat?
esti middle+ sau senior in programare PHP pe solutii custom (3-5+ ani) - te-ai saturat sa fii micro-manage-uit sau sa le faci treaba altora - cauti un loc in care sa fii apreciat si sa iti pui in valoare experienta... un loc unde sa fii lasat sa-ti faci treaba bine, esti independent si capabil sa finalizezi lucrari singur - da, chiar si pe cele challenging, pentru ca esti auto-didact, esti eficient in lucrul cu modelul MVC, cu unul dintre framework-urile Laravel / CodeIgniter / Yii, cu baze de date SQL de complexitate peste medie, stii jQuery si technologii AJAX; optim/ideal esti familiar cu VueJS, Angular, React, Node technologies - vei lucra la proiecte cu astfel de componente impreuna cu alti colegi, esti familiar cu ce inseamna API-uri, Webservice-uri si Web Sockets, stii sa faci debugging cu tooluri adecvate (ex. xDebug), ai capacitatea sa intelegi: diverse framework-uri si CMS-uri, dar si cum functioneaza in general proiectele web, business-urile online, esti responsabil si organizat, livrezi lucrarile complete si la timp si iti place sa lucrezi in echipe mici, in care ai si libertate dar si responsabilitate, poti sa gestionezi un mediu de dezvoltare local, o masina virtuala (ex. Vagrant) te descurci perfect cu un sistem de versionare precum GIT si cu un IDE integrat (PHP Storm) faptul ca ai terminat o facultate de profil tehnic este un mare avantaj, iar cunoasterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu+ este esentiala.
