Our client is an international private bank in Zurich. We are searching for a bank auditor (m, f, d) as Bank Business Auditor / Group Internal Audit Aufgaben Independent, budget-compliant execution of private banking business audits based on the annual plan, including careful planning, determining the scope of the audit, obtaining documents for review, conducting careful observations and interviews with targeted questions, while adhering to the specified time and resource budget / Application of data analysis techniques to ensure efficiency in reviewing and focusing audit objectives / Careful documentation of audits in accordance with auditing standards and auditing methodology / Independent analysis of findings with systematic review of documents, observations, and interviews based on defined criteria to ensure the most objective assessment possible so that deviations, potential for improvement, and associated risks can be compared / Drafting a clearly structured, precise, and comprehensible audit report presenting the positive results as well as a detailed list of weaknesses, including recommendations for practical and value-adding improvements based on the results / Presenting the audit results to the Head of Internal Audit or, if necessary, to the Audit Committee / Monitoring and tracking audit measures to eliminate organizational and security-related weaknesses as far as possible / Collaborate on the further development of audit methodology, incorporating innovation / Train line colleagues as needed to promote a culture of minimal risk / Providing support for special audits and collaborating in working groups / Traveling in Europe approximately 10% of the time, mainly London. Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or Economics / CPA, CIA, CISA, CA or ACCA qualification / Relevant practical work experience as an auditor in an international bank or in a Big4 company as a bank auditor / Knowledge of Swiss banking regulations is essential / Experience in compliance (MiFID, AML, etc.) and in data analysis (statistics) / Strong analytical mindset with an eye for the big picture / Independent in decision-making / Critical thinking and empathic personality / Flair for concise as well as efficient solutions / Eloquence in communication and high interpersonal skills / Talent for editorial work and skill in writing texts / Proficient MS Office user (Excel) / German and English, both required.
