It isn’t a question.Project’s aim:We are seeking for a motivated and operation-oriented student to assist in the optimization and reporting of the inventory, including both financial and logistics data.This role will provide hands-on experience in supply, material inventory and warehousing activities, working closely with various departments to ensure common understanding of current and future inventory/stock situation.Duration: 6 monthsProject’s course of action:I. OperationsTake part in different operational meetings (daily/weekly) to understand the scope and the portfolioManage a supplier as a backup of team members Automatize supplier monthly review decks and monthly RCCP chartsII. Inventory reviewEnsure tool refresh and propose improvementPropose review of monthly inventory target when neededSupport stock at risk review and take actions when neededReview existing supply parameters and continue to deploy actions to reduce inventory on full portfolioReview existing supply parameters and continue to deploy actions to ensure derisking implementation on full portfolioDocument chosen inventory strategy and ensure deployment of the operational rhythm such as preparation of bi yearly meetings (including Procurement)III.
