Treasury Administrator

For a leading commodity trading company headquartered in Baar/Zug. You will assist in managing Treasury and Trade Finance systems in an efficient, control minded and forward thinking manner in accordance with internal standards and procedures. A close cooperation with local as well as worldwide user groups in Treasury as well as Finance Operations Center will be a key function.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsible for user provisioning in Treasury and Trade Finance related systems
• Monitor and maintenance of bank accounts, resolving outstanding banking issues
• Preparing documents needed in the bank account opening process
• Performing daily checks in different systems based on control reports
• Supporting Treasury Solutions Team on daily/monthly tasks
• Assist in treasury system integration, automation and process advancement projects
• Month end reporting and tasks

Requirements

• A sound educational background (commercial / bank apprenticeship or bachelor)

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Finance / Treasury environment

• Good know-how in using MS Office

• Treasury/Accounting application (Quantum, SAP, Fides) know-how is a plus

• Advanced English, both written and spoken,

• Advanced German

• Good team player with solid analytical skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet the set goals

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude, open to learn new things

• Highly accurate and control focused working discipline
